For the first time in many years we did not spend Labor Day weekend at Waldo Lake.  I missed it.  A good consolation prize was a day trip with the kayaks on a perfect September Saturday.  Apparently half of Oregon felt the same way; it was packed.  Still, once out on the water it was good.
