Summer in Germany and Scandinavia

In July we travelled to Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. While geographically not in the Pacific Northwest, Scandinavia certainly reminds one of the maritime northwest - in particular Norway. One can readily see why the Puget Sound region as well as the lower Columbia River and various locations within the Willamette Valley attracted emigrants from Scandinavia. A good trip. Good to get out.
